The team of Subbuteo Club
Lions Eugies is pleased to invite you to their first Grand Prix of Belgium,
international tournament of table soccer Subbuteo. You will find all the necessary information
below in order to make a full success of this great event. Looking forward to meeting you.
1. DATE
The Grand Prix of Belgium takes
place on September 30th (Saturday) & October 1st, 2017 (Sunday).
The individual competitions
for the categories Open, Veterans, Ladies,
U19 et U15 occur on September 30th,
2017 (Saturday).
The competition by team and the individual competition U12 occur on October 1st, 2017.
2. LOCATION
The competition takes place
at the room « CALVA » in Flenu (4 km away from the location of the
Major of Frameries).

3. REGISTRATIONS
The deadline for the
registrations is September 27th, 2017
(Thursday) at 08.00 PM.

The participation fees
depend on the categories :
Open → 10 €
Veteran → 10 €
Lady → 8 €
U19 → 8 €
U15 → 8 €
U12 → 6 €

4. SPORT INFORMATION & ORGANIZATION
This competition is
homologated by the FISTF and organized by Subbuteo Club Lions Eugies.
The competition occurs
according to the rules of the FISTF. Each
player is supposed to know the rules of the FISTF and has to respect them.
The competition is played
integrally on « Extreme Pitch » fields.
In each categories including
competition by team, we will do our best to get 4-players or 4–teams groups.
The Lions Eugies wants to put a particular
stress on the Fair Play all along the competition.
A consolation tournament will
be organized.
Sport clothes are mandatory.

5. TRANSPORT & SHUTTLES
For the players coming by
train, shuttles will be organized from the station of Mons. The people who wish to use the shuttles must
mention their estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the station when they send
their registration demand.
6. CATERING
Food-service will be
proposed during all the weekend.
